HOW WE HANDLE YOUR ORDER:

1. OUR AIM IS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING THE RIGHT PART. After you fill in your order completely, including the particulars on your engine, we check to make sure that the parts you are ordering actually fit that engine.

2. Shipping costs are calculated individually and are not included in the cart's order total.
SHIPPING AND CHANGES: You will receive two emails from us, one immediately autogenerated from the cart to tell you your order was successful. THEN, within 24 hours (business days), we send you a handwritten, personal confirmationan EMAIL which includes your order total with your best shipping options included. These emails are sent to the email address you provide us, so please make sure your email is valid. You must reply (by phone or via email reply) to the second email (the one you receive from us) within 24 hours if you wish to specify one particular shipping method or change your order. If you do not reply, we will process your order and choose what we consider the best shipping option. Please, if you want a specific shipping option or wish to change your order you MUST reply to our email by phone or return email.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE US WITH IS REAL AND ACCURATE AND THAT marinepartsman.com is added to your acceptable email addresses or "white list" so our confirmation email doesn't wind up bounced or in the spam bin.

3. PARTS IN STOCK AND OUT OF STOCK: There are over 3 million parts listings in our database. While we carry a huge inventory, we do not carry all parts or even a majority of possible parts for all Mercury (and Yamaha) engines. We'd need a warehouse bigger than Cosco were we to even try. Parts that are not in stock will be ordered and arrive usually within 4 to 7 working days, whereupon we ship them on to you immediately. Partial orders can be shipped immediately should you so choose to instruct us in your return email confirmation, but our policy is to hold the order until the remaining parts come in. Back-ordered parts are the exception to this. We will then ship everything except the back-ordered part(s), sending the back-orders to you when they arrive.
